Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Return Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
