No, we currently ship within the United States only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some personalized or custom items may not be eligible. Email info@guardtechplus.com to start a return.

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 30 days.

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Unless otherwise stated, our products carry a 1 to 5-year limited warranty from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty covers the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable. Keep your original sales receipt or order ID as proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@guardtechplus.com or 717-275-0020 to get a return authorization before sending anything back. If your product is defective within the warranty period, we'll ship a replacement of equal or greater value at our expense.

Only products bought directly from GuardTechPlus.com, from GuardTech Plus on Amazon (sold/shipped by Amazon or Fulfilled by Amazon), or from GuardTech Plus on Walmart, eBay, or Etsy are covered. We have no other third-party seller agreements, and products bought elsewhere can't be verified as authentic or covered under warranty.

Batteries (internal or external), closeout/clearance products (these follow their own listed warranty), bonus or free product replacements, and any damage from misuse, excess force, wrong components, or improper rod alignment are all excluded.
